A Contingency Search recruitment model is a type of recruiting where we, as recruiting agency, only get paid if we successfully place a candidate in the role. We will search our database for possible candidates and reach out to our network of contacts to see if we can identify any suitable talents interested in your position.

The main difference between a Retained Recruitment is that Contingency Recruitment is that the recruiter does not take “ownership” of finding the right talent, and no dedicated recruitment service is provided. 

Contingency search – when you continuously hire candidates

Contingency or Recruitment on Success is often used for positions with no urgency to be filled or jobs that the client continuously hires. Contingency Search means that we at RadixNetwork search for candidates on a purely performance-based basis. Unlike an exclusive contract with retained search.

The pros of the contingency search model are that a fee is only charged due upon signed employment contract with candidates. Furthermore, you as a client have the option to commission several personnel consultants in parallel. On the other hand, you as a client do not have any guarantees, as is the case with the retained search model, for example. Moreover, candidates can be presented to competitors in parallel.
